Roasting

Lazy Sunday is light roast that is pleasant to drink. It mellows and becomes a warm hug to your senses. The cocoa bean from Latin America is used to smooth the brew while Africa provides citrus notes to balance. The result is a drink that is delicious by itself, or paired with cake or milk chocolate. It can also be paired with lemon drizzle cakes or simple vanilla sponges extremely well.

We recommend the French Press method to brew this coffee. Preheating your vessel by adding some water that has just been boiled will keep it warm. After brewing, let it sit for 4 minutes, this ensures that the grounds are saturated and not over extracted. The water should be pushed through with the plunger. Do not stir or agitate your coffee, as this could cause unpleasant ingredients to appear in the cup.

Strength - 3, easy and easy to follow, perfect for relaxing at the weekend.
